R House offers landlords a letting only service as follows:

Marketing and Letting properties as instructed.
Undertaking Viewing's for property.
Drawing up tenancy agreements in Landlords name.
Full credit and reference checks for potential tenants.
Producing guarantor agreements if required.
Collection of deposit and first months rent.
Forwarding all completed paperwork and deposit to the Landlord.
