R House is not a maintenance company however we can arrange for repairs and work to be done on your property by external contractors

We can also supervise this work, and pay the contractors once it has been completed.

Our standard charge for this service is 10% of the total cost subject to a minimum charge. However our fees for arranging maintenance works vary depending on the nature of the work carried out by ourselves.
