R House :: Student House Facilities

All of our student houses have modern decoration and are fully furnished. Full Gas Central Heating comes as standard and some houses are available with Double Glazing.
BEDROOMS
	Most bedrooms have a standard complement of furniture: Double bed (in every room that will fit one) Wardrobe Chest of Draws Bedside table Desk Bookshelf Chair We also supply sofas and coffee tables for the lounge and if space permits there will be a dinning room table and chairs. The furniture supplied in the houses is always modern and is inspected every year to ensure that it is in good order.
KITCHENS
	Most houses have fully fitted kitchens with the following facilities: Electric or Gas Hob Electric Ovens Fridge Freezer Washing Machine Microwave Some houses also have the following facilities: Dish Washer Tumble Dryer
BATHROOMS
	All properties have modern bathrooms, the number of bathrooms in houses varies according to size but all have Electric or Gas Instant Showers.
