R House :: To Let Viewings

R House Lettings are very flexible when it come to viewings of its properties. We will try to make appointments for you for the day you call or the day of your choosing. We usually undertake viewings between 12pm and 8pm. Weekend viewings are available in some instances.

R Viewings usually last for around 15 minutes. Second viewings are also available on request. R Viewings may be with multiple groups of potential tenants to both save our times and keep our costs down.

After viewing a property if you wish to take out a tenancy you will need to fill our one of our application forms, pay the administration fee (Currently £65 for all non student tenants).

R House may credit and reference check you using an external agency before agreeing to let you rent a property.

Some properties will also require that you have a guarantor who will pay your rent on your behalf if for any reason you do not.
